Context

As a Genesys Cloud integrator, Lazuli is building a range of Genesys Cloud products based notably on Architect flows.

Problem

Architect flows are complex artifacts that require specific expertise to maintain.
Deploying them across multiple clients is also a complex and time-consuming operation for the experts.

Approach

Every product must:

• Offer a simple configuration accessible to business teams, despite its technical complexity.
• Be modular so it can be deployed easily and quickly according to the needs of new business teams.

Results

• The products are used and configured by various business teams
• The products are packaged and deployed across multiple clients.
